Door striker Pin for our Universal Slim-Line Bear Jaw door latches. Does NOT work with our Universal Standard or Mini Bear Jaw door latches. Zinc plated steel finish to prevent corrosion. Can be used for standard or suicide door style installations. Works with shaved door handle systems. 3/8-16 threads designed to work with our Slim-Line cage nuts. 5/8-inch hex head for easy installation. Sold individually, one required per Bear Jaw latch/door. Slim-Line Bear Jaw Door Latch Striker Pin The design of our Universal Slim-Line Bear Jaw latch is like the modern car door latch you would find on any car on the road today. The latch jaws rotate around a fixed door striker bolt or pin to secure the door in the closed position. Our Slim-Line size Bear Jaw latches are designed for smaller doors with limited room, such as ’32-’34 Fords, and as such, require one (per latch) of our Slim-Line size car door striker pins. These door striker pins are constructed of steel for strength and given a Zinc coating for looks and rust prevention. They are designed to thread directly into our Sim-Line size cage nuts. We also carry the correct door striker pin for our Standard latches and Mini latches as well if you are using these alternative Bear Jaw latch versions in your hot rod or street rod’s door.
