I ordered the 10 pack and received the 5 pack. I contacted White Ivy directly just hoping to be sent the other 5 pack, no big deal, and when they didn't straight up decline my call, they hung up on me once realizing I was a customer or told me to call back later (which I did, and they never picked up). I left several voicemails that were never returned over the course of 2-3 weeks. White Ivy must really not care about their customers or their ability to sell through Walmart, because I am NOT the only one who has had this issue with them. They are scamming people and avoiding contact.
