Great Product/Great Customer Service

We use the rack to securely house a rack server, a pair of switches, firewall, ups, etc. It is very versatile, well thought out, well built and sturdy. Locking side panels are great. Had one issue with lets not working on front and rear lock. Tripp Lite customer service was friendly and quickly sent replacement locks that were easy to install and worked perfectly.

Lots of features for a great price

I honestly wasn't too sure of what to expect when I ordered this. It looked like it had a lot of good ideas, but pictures only told so much. I was pleasantly surprised when we received it. It came fully assembled apart from the doors being packed inside it. When I started using it, I immediately appreciated the extra depth over our old rack, which provided plenty of room for cabling. Each U is marked which has made installing rails a much simpler task. The best part was when I started to install our PDU's, which were made by someone else. They had two standoffs on the rear for rack mounting, but I was very happy to see they worked perfectly with this rack. The price was also very good. It came much cheaper than several others I looked at, as well as some others we have on site. The SR42UB is what I'll be sticking to.
