pleasant to have but only drawbacks are inability to install apps of today to older ipads. great for grandchildren for learning and game play but again apps that require more than the limits of older iPads becomes an anger inducing experience, and even with the walmart app on which i bought 3 of these the app will not load on to them and i definitely wanted to be able to do my online shopping with walmart with these ipads. and the other 2 i got for my sons before i realized that these wont let you access the future so they too have limits, idk i guess i assumed that there would be an upgrade to the refurb state to accommodate the new apps but i should have thought but it was truly an unconscious assumption that never crossed my mind .
