My Kids LOVE It!

I bought this for my kids and they LOVE it! It is slow paced and more of an introduction to yoga. My 3 toddlers sit on their own personal yoga mats and they will listen carefully and follow along. Even though its not fast paced it still gets them moving, learning, and having fun all at the same time. It says for ages 3-6 but 3 out of the 4 of my children use it and their ages are 2, almost 3, and almost 4. This will also be great for when my baby gets older and I want to introduce yoga to her.

Namaste

My daycare kids love this video. From 18 mos to 10 years old. I would and have recommend this to anyone to introduce your children and yourself to yoga.
