Phazyme Ultra Strength Gas & Bloating Relief, Works in Minutes, 12 Fast Gels

When I started my '10 pound tire' diet, I inevitably began eating lo carb fruits,nuts and foods with more fiber. My diet is a sort of modified version of the South Beach Diet which I find easy to follow and appetizing. I do not fill up on fiber,I didn't go from no fiber to bowls of bran buds--but,just about everything I eat or drink has more protein and more fiber.Either natural or fortified-fiber.What comes with fiber comes with gas or air or wind or everything people blame on the dog or the other guy in the elevator.I asked our Nurse P.A. to recommend something other then the gas tabs I'd been using for years.
