Over All I Am Happy with this product. Setup was a problem for me as the instructions are not clear and very small print, the tool for tightening each unit to the base, no instructions at all, I figured it out after taking a chance and I cut out the centre of the tool and then it worked. The unit leaks I had to use Teflon tape on the base unit as nothing else would stop the water from pouring out of it. Pros: Water smells good and taste is good. Cons: Difficult instructions, unit leaks, no 1-800 number to call for help. Over all I am pleased with this unit, I am sad that it leaks as you are wasting your filter money as the water keeps dripping out of it. Cheers.
