They keep me motivated to work out

I workout at home several times a week with my daughter. We do weight lifting, yoga, stretching, exercise videos, etc. As we get bored, or need a change in our workout, we just move on to the next thing, whatever keeps us motivated and moving. That's why I got these, to change up our workouts. I like exercise equipment like this that can be used in many different ways and by people at many different levels of fitness. We have started using them in resistance type exercises, rather than just yoga. It's nice that you can just lookup on the internet exercises to use these blocks with and pick and choose what works for you. And since they don't take up too much room to store, as we move on to the next thing, we can just put these aside, knowing we will be back to them in the future.

The Perfect Stretching Yoga Block Set!

The Microdry Fitness 2-Piece Foam Block Set for Enhanced Stretching is also a wonderful Yoga Block set that can be used in your Yoga routine! I love Yoga but that's another story. These latex-free EVA foam yoga blocks are the perfect size for use during enhanced stretching or yoga. They are the perfect size too, 4" x 6" x 9" which is very important, and clearly, Microdry knows what they are doing! The blocks provide the balance and stability you need for deeper poses, and optimal alignment to help gain increased strength. Each block is lightweight but durable and incredibly strong and they even have beveled edges for added comfort! These blocks provide stability and balance which help support you during your postures in yoga and help with proper alignment. If you are into yoga or just want to get more out of your stretching routine, look no further than these Microdry Fitness Foam Blocks! Nice work Microdry!

As expected

These yoga blocks are expected. You can use them for a lot of different things and are the standard size (so you can stand them up or horizontal). It does keep dents/marks on it easily but that's as expected with the harder/firmness of the block. Blocks are equal in size to each other and it comes with two blocks. No real complaints. Met expectations.
