Not what it appeared to be

The comforter was nice and thick, however... the top layer of material is very thin. I was ok with that. What I found wrong with it, and what caused me to return it is the fact that it wasn't "ruched" as described. It just looked wrinkled. Looks so beautiful in the pics, but looks like a wrinkled mess out of the package. Maybe I didn't give it a good enough chance, but for the price, it should look like what it is supposed to.

It's not shiny like it looks in the picture. And fabric is very cheap. But it does look nice on the bed.
