Great addition to my protein shake.!

A couple of months ago I decided to take my health more seriously and embarked on a new way of eating. One of the things I had to give up for the first 30 days was my morning Starbuck's run. That was not easy! Someone suggested adding instant coffee to my protein shake so I tried it. Awesome! I obviously chose Starbuck's Via as my instant coffee. It adds zero calories and turns my morning shake into a protein frappucino! This worked out so well that 90 days later, I still have not made a morning Starbucks run... I do enjoying brewing regular Starbucks coffee on weekends... but my daily coffee protein shake has helped me reach and exceed my goals. :) Thanks Starbucks!

Fantastic coffee any time of the day

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The smell of fresh coffee grounds hits you as soon as you open the bag and give you a sample of the delicious coffee you are about to enjoy. As you coffee brews, the smell makes you think you in your local Starbucks. Then you take your first sip, and the rich flavor of the coffee makes the wait all worth it. #freesample

terrific customer service

coffee is consistent and great. My order seemed to have been burbled; I got 1 bag of 6 and nothing of the other 5 for 5 days. I called customer service who apologized and arranged to send replacement and 2 extra bags free. Then, 8 days after the receipt of the original order, the remainder of the order showed up! I called customer service back to report that all was ok, and ask for instructions on the replacement order. The customer service rep said "just keep it, it's our gift". Wow!
