Sally Hansen Hair Remover Wax Strip Kit 1 ea (Pack of 2)

I have thick, coarse hair, and all the other at-home facial waxing kits that I've used have left stragglers behind, or have failed to rip all the hairs off at the roots. This product grabbed everything effectively in one clean swipe - that never happens for me! Really excited about it - so i signed up on this website just to tell you how well this works!

I have been using microwavable wax for about 16 years, and it's always been difficult when I go on extended holidays or trips ... in addition to always being kind of a pain to use, between making sure it's the right temp, having to wait for it to cool just enough if it's over-heated, the risk of it accidentally getting on clothes or counter it floor, getting too much on your brows if you slip a bit, etc. It works great, but it's a bit of a pain. Taking it on trips can be a huge hassle. And next year, I'll be out of the country for 4 months, so I've been trying out different products for a while. (( They also discontinued it at the market I shop, and didn't feel like hunting all over town for it )) Recently, I saw these strips, along with a honey wax roll-on. I tried these out first, without much hope in them working. By the time I was done with the first strip on my chin, I was ecstatic! It worked /perfectly/ for me! I use them on my chin, just under my chin, in my upper lip, and my brows. It doesn't pick up all the hairs on the first pull, but they can be used 3 or 4 times, and they do end up getting all of those pesky little hairs. The few hairs that manage to escape can be easily plucked. The only problems I've encountered is on my brows, but I've figured out how to make them work. I know there are brow kits, so I'll pick those up next. (( I only need to do brows about 4 times a year & haven't needed to shape them yet. These strips work fine for the few strays that pop up. )) Besides that, they work perfectly on everything else, especially after the first time getting used to using them. I have noticed some irritation after using them, but I just use the oil immediately afterwards for about 20-30 minutes, wipe it off, and then use my regular moisturiser, and that takes care of it. After seeing some other reviews, I checked the box I'm currently using & the unopened one I have, and both had the correct number of strips. The reason some were missing strips might be little girls with sticky, shoplifting fingers picking them out of boxes as opposed to the manufacturer not putting in the proper amount. Beauty products are one of the most targeted items for shoplifters, so that may be a possibility. I'd simply check to make sure the box was properly sealed before purchase, and if there were strips missing upon opening, notify the manufacturer. Easy to use. They work really well for me. Inexpensive. And best of all, I can easily bring along as many boxes as I need when I go on holiday next year, without the hassle of the microwave kind! All my prayers have been answered with this product! I'm so pleased with it that I felt compelled to write a review of my experience with them, and that's not something I typically do. I've already recommended them to friends, and a couple of them have tried them with excellent results as well. They may not work for every skin type, but they are definitely worth trying out. At this price, you won't be too incredibly upset if you end up not being able to use them. Thank you so much for such a superior product!
