Better than I expected!

I was not expecting to like this product. In fact, I anticipated sending it back. But I love it! The only thing is that the ice is so wet that when I put it into my freezer, it sticks together too much. The internal temperature of unit can't get much colder or it would freeze the water before going into the molds - I get that, but it is a bit annoying. But I am pleased, and obviously not sending it back! I live in the Arizona desert and this summer, ice in any form -- even stuck together -- is a Godsend!
