Won't order this brand ever from Walmart

I just had this top in my bag. When I ordered groceries from local Walmart they put this top on it too. Got one top. Too little. Got emails and texts saying the other top has been delivered too but I haven't received it. Now after asking about it they have a new delivery date, Nov 1. And I've been charged for it and if I did have it it has to be in a separate package!!! Too much stress for an old disabled body!!?
