I'm very disappointed in what I received.

I have bought this same product many times over the years, but this is the first time I've ever had an issue. The lotion in both bottles is the consistency of cottage cheese and cannot be picked up by the pump at all. Since it's all dried up in the heavy glass bottle, there is no way to get it out. I'm very disappointed.
