Ashfield 2-Handle Roman Tub Trim, less Hub & Handles in Rustic Bronze

We installed Ashfield many years ago and love the look of it. There is only one small problem with the design though. We live in a hard water area and the build-up of calcium shows in the tap. I use vinegar to remove it but it takes a long time to remove. I tried using something stronger and it took some of the finish off. Other than that, it is awesome! Would give five stores if only: 1) Not wild about the handles, went with some different ones. Offering a choice of handles would be an improvement. 2) We have really hard water. Even though we use a water softener, Everywhere on the faucet that comes in contact with the water as it comes out started turning white. Putting some type of clear coating on that surface would help prevent this.
