Great cookbook.

This is a gift to a family member. I already have a copy of this book. Even though the recipes are geared toward making everything outdoors using cast iron cookware, they can be adapted for indoor meals made on your stove. Kent %26 Shannon have videos where they walk you thru each recipe on YT. Not only is it a great cookbook, but it has beautiful outdoor photos from all across the Midwest and a few personal stories by Kent. It's a great book to have in the kitchen, in your bookshelf, or on your coffee table. I can't say enough good things about this book.
