Use Golden Pastes to achieve a variety of textural effects and expressions, broaden working properties, and expand the creative possibilities with acrylic colors. They dry (drying times greatly depend upon film thickness) to an opaque, semi-gloss film to which subsequent layers of acrylic paint and mediums can be applied. All Molding Pastes can be easily tinted with Golden Heavy Body, Matte, High Load and Fluid Acrylic Paints. Light Molding Paste dramatically reduces the weight traditional molding paste would add, while increasing flexibility. Holds peaks and dries to a soft, flexible, opaque, matte finish. Makes an excellent ground for watercolor-like techniques.
