Most effective design for the purpose.

As a massage Therapist, I wasn't sure that posture correctors would work. My concern was that it would do the work of the back muscles and the back muscles that draw your shoulders together would not be strengthened. I reconsidered and chose five different back posture correctors to try out. This one was the most effective. The others would require another person to assist in putting it on because the straps aren't long enough. Because these are not meant to be worn all day, it is recommended that the wearer add routines to stretch Pectoralist minor (leading cause of slouching and bad posture) IMO, and strengthening all the muscles of the back.

Not the Best

First, I actually want to rate it lower but it works... 1. Straps secure via Velcro... always coming undone 2. Not easy to get on/off 3. Cuts into armpits 4. Hardware on back is rectangular (i recommend circular) thus constantly twisting and binding HOWEVER, does work. Provides support by pulling back on shoulders while pushing in on shoulder blades. Wish it was better but this is what it is.
