Each mask is made in a 3-ply construction. Each box contains Fifty earloop masks that are lightweight and comfortable for easy breathing while you wear it. These masks are easy to put on and have no strings to tie. Simply place the mask over your nose and mouth, place an earloop around each ear, pull the mask over your chin, and mold the mask to fit snugly around your nose and chin. They are ideal for use at home, school & other settings .

If you buy for P.F.E 99.8％，don't buy it
Website post description Said : Helps protect against the spread of bacteria Bacterial filtration efficiency greater than 99% I bought it for help of it , When I received it , nothing describe on the box , nor any protective packaging , I don't believe this mask for  surgery , that why returned it .

Item is not as described
1. the box received is different from the picture. It is not Personal Touch, it is called Emerald. On Emerald website, it sells a face mask similar to this with no claim of Surgical grade. 2. The box is NOT sealed. Unlike the description on the Walmart website, there is NOWHERE on the box saying it is "Surgical' grade. 3. Contacted the seller for clarifications. No responses. 4. The shipping is almost as costly as the mask. Not even worth returning it.
