【Easy to Install】 Screw the spindle into the crankshaft, and use the attached 6mm hex wrench to tighten the spindle from the backside of the crankshaft. The tension of the springs on both sides of the pedals can be adjusted by turning the adjustment bolts. A 2.5mm and a 3mm hex wrench for the bolt is included in the package. Clipping in and out is very easy after you adjusted the tension to your liking.
