Buyer beware - description totally inaccurate

Did not come with instructions at all. (How does one get the LED lights in the balloon and still tie it after filling with Helium. Almost IMPOSSIBLE. MUCH smaller than described (~9 inches in longest diameter (NOT a sphere, look like a flattened balloon). I will attempt to return
