I'm very happy with my choice

This is nice. If you get all your bolts tight, it is sturdy. I am 68 and starting off easy so thank goodness for a variety of tensions. I started out just shooting for 10 minutes and find I can do a little more each day. I found that if I bend my knees just slightly, it is easier for me to keep going and not make my back sore. I think this model is perfect for the ladies. It is also handy to be able to move it easily to another area after use each day. The electronic monitor is super to keep track of your progress. The multidirectional feature is helpful without stopping to adjust anything to move your legs in the backward or forward directions. I find stopping and going the other way mixes up my routine to be able to work other muscles. On the con side, I find the instruction manual to not necessarily pertaining to only this model. That is not helpful when you want to look something up. The English is not accurate
