Instructions
Cooking Instructions: To Deep Fry: Heat 5 cm oil in large deep frying pan or wok until very hot (392 degrees F / 200 degrees C). (To test: drop a small piece of Puppodum into the oil, if it starts bubbling and expands immediately the oil is hot enough). Deep fry one or two at a time, holding under the oil with a metal spatula. The Puppodums will expand in 2-3 seconds. Quickly turn the Puppodum over, shake off excess oil and remove. For best results drain upright on kitchen paper. The Puppodums will become crisp on cooling. Store in a cool, dry place. Best Before End: See top of carton.

These are GREAT!
We are now gluten free and these really put back that crunch and saltiness one loses when you no longer can have chips and crackers. Don't use the microwave to cook, they're nasty that way, but carefully fried in coconut oil, it takes some practice they are super with guacamole. My order arrived fairly fast and so far none were broken. Doesn't matter if they were broken since I break them before slipping into the hot oil. They expand a lot when cooking.
