Very good

You could pay less or you could pay more, don't know if it makes a difference. I wear a 10.5 shoe and these fit really tight which is a good thing. It stays in place. And, it helps a lot by taking the pressure off my heal. I wear it all day long.

High arches make it too had to wear

have high arches so I couldn't get them on. It hurt trying to get them on. I would look at different styles if have high arches or if you have problems trying to even just put socks on.
