Great customer service. Tire Company shipped on time. Delivery service was horrible. Received 3 tires within 4 days. Last tire showed up 3 days after first 3. The tire shop was excellent but fed ex delivery didn't deliver all 4 tires at the same time.

These tires bite well in off road conditions and ride fairly well on the highway. They are a little noisy on the pavement, but that is expected for such aggressive tread lugs. I would definitely buy these tires again for my GMC Duramax 2500HD.

Terrible experience after I bought the tires

Tires ordered are great. Couldn't get them mounted at any Walmart service center around me. Kept being told to come back another day. Manager told me I would receive a gift card for my troubles. Never received it. Had to go to unrelated service center for mounting.
