Kid's Yoda Star Wars Costume

When I received this costume the mask was missing. Kind of hard for my kid to be Yoda without the mask. When I contacted the seller, Wholesale Costumes and Party Supplies, I was told I would be sent a new costume at no additional charge. A few days later I received an email stating they would give a $5 credit to keep the costume or I could return it and have $7.99 deducted for return shipping. Not an acceptable offer. After multiple calls I was promised a full refund and free return shipping. Satisfied with that offer I returned the costume. Today I noticed I received a credit for the original cost of the costume and was not refunded the shipping cost for the original order and the reason listed for my return: customer changed mind. Sigh. Terrible experience. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase from Wholesale Costumes and Party Supplies or the Walmart Marketplace for that matter. Pass on any purchase that cannot be returned to a Walmart store.
