I received these drops in a warm weather and the bottle was in the envelope and got very warm, I could live with that if the bottle was full, when I opened it to take the drops, I noticed it had a lot missing. I happened to have identical bottle so I weighed the one I got and subtracted the weight of the bottle and it was 20 grams short. I wrote to the seller and they were great, they replaced it very quickly and now I am taking drops from the second bottle, When so much is missing in a bottle, it makes me wonder in it was opened somewhere before being sealed, just didn't trust it so I want to thank the seller for taking care of it so quickly, will order from you again and that is why I am giving 4 stars and not less. And after using it the second day, I can feel the difference, these really work for bleeding
