I've been using these drops in the morning as recommended by my eye doctor for a number of years, and they add just the right amount of moisture needed after a night's sleep. I would like to recommend to Pharma, however, that they ship the package in a hard cardboard box meant for mailing and not in a bag. The product's box was crushed and torn, and I had to call the Refresh company to make sure it was okay to transfer the vials to a plastic bag. The person checked and said it was ok, but we both agreed this never should the happened.
