It is not that I disliked the flower punch, it was the wrong size flower punch for what I needed. I do have to say that when I started the return process, it was very simple, quick and easy to send it back. All I had to do was pack it and place the RMA label on the box and off it went.

Frayed edges but cute shapes offered

cute but was surprised that this wasn't sharp or powerful enough to cut through an extremely thin plastic leaf. left the edges frayed, kept getting stuck. the size of the puncher itself led me to believe it could punch through material other than paper, not necessarily even thicker than paper!
