Bauducco Toast Multi-Grain

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent purchase of this toast product. Unfortunately, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the entire contents were in crumbs, with the toast completely shattered. I understand that some breakage can occur during transit, but the extent of damage in this case is unacceptable.
