I'm extremely unhappy with this product! The books arrived damaged because they were just thrown into a box. Not shrink wrapped or any packaging material. Two of books were severely damaged. I want a refund without returning the damaged books!

Poor delivery from Walmart warehouse.

Do not place the order if you need it with in 8 days. Customer service is not able to give you any information of the time it will be ship. They hold the order in processing for 5 days before they ship it. I have to cancel the order because I need it in with in 8 days. I cancel it on day 4 but no warranty for the cancelation because they have no way to know or find if the order was ready to ship.
