I believe this is one of many remedies I'm taking that has some relief. 2019 Covid triggered some leg problems. Mostly in the quads but sometimes it travels to the lower outside of my leg. Its an achy stiffness that can sometimes make walking difficult. I was born in 1963 but have been an active adult with a consistent antiinflammatory diet and work out regimen since 2014. The doctor has called it arthritis or possibly fibromyalga. They just don't really know. This has not irradicaticated the symptoms but has made flare ups less frequent and less painful.
