Works well but not sustainable

This is the second time I've ordered two of these throws. They are perfect for travel—not too bulky or expensive—when you are stuck on a cold plane or gate area. Just stuff into your carry on, or roll up and tied to your tote. We also like them for sitting around at home, just heavy enough. However they are NOT sturdy! After just a short time I'm seeing small holes. I don't think they would stand up to washing, so not trying that. I'd prefer buying a better quality even more expensive, and buy one time. Can't find anything that works this well.
