Something Was Missing

Who in Heaven's name sells a playground ball without air. The deflated ball came folded in an envelope. I had to spend another $15.00 to buy a pump to inflated it. Filled with air, it is a nice ball, just as the picture shows. It is what I wanted, but I can not give a recommend or do not recommend rating to a folded piece of yellow rubber.
