These cowgirl hats are so adorable. They fit my head perfectly.....my head circumference is about 22 inches.....but they are made to stretch a little so I do think that they could fit a head circumference up to 23 inches. For spring, summer or fall....they are a go to hat for good or bad hair days and look cute with any attire from........shorts, to jeans, to casual dresses. So happy with this purchase. They took awhile to receive but they were well worth the wait.
