I have a fluorescent light in my laundry room and the bulb stopped working after 20 years so I tried to order this replacement from Walmart because Walmart is my only way of getting supplies into my home at this time it appeared to be a regular fluorescent light the right length I had my neighbor assist me with trying to install a bulb and he installed it but it did not work so I tried to return the bulb had to call and talk to the help center multiple times they would not refund my money until I printed a label for FedEx to pick up the bulb that is not Walmart's policy in my opinion they say they have free returns and free delivery if you have an annual membership but that is not what I have been going through! I am disabled it is very difficult to be in this position where I'm relying on Walmart for supplies food and otherwise I finally got a hold of a customer service rep today for the third or fourth call since yesterday and was able to get past Ai and get a live person and she refunded the money I do not now have to return the bulb it wasn't that I wanted to keep the bulb I would have liked to have returned it but I should not have to have a printer to print the label for FedEx myself and then wait all day for FedEx to come and pick it up I was also not able to get into Walmart's system to reschedule or cancel the pickup so that was another frustration I endured Walmart needs to do better AI can be useful but not when it's just to run interference with the customer that's not good customer service. also if the company that manufactures the bulb that shipped me the bulb in the first place would have put a return label in the box there would not have been a problem with scheduling FedEx but I didn't have any way to print off a return label
