Almost, but not quite right

This is a refurbished unit. It was made very clear before purchase that there were NO RETURNS allowed. Unfortunately, the camera does not work with the Windows 11 Hello app. Other than it appears to be fine.

Great, except battery life

The B9403 is a wonderful laptop in every respect but one: battery life. Features are top notch. It is a big improvement over the prior generation ExpertBook B9 which I have, but for battery life. I suppose it is the OLED screen that eats power. I tried the Zenbook 13 OLED which had the same issue, and in fact failed due to overheating of the battery. Also, for backup it would have been nice to have two physically separate M.2 drives (B9450) rather than one larger one (B9403) so a backup could be preserved in the event of drive failure. If you don't need more than 3-4 hours of charge (assuming you use the battery saver feature), this is the best laptop around.
