Bright %26 tall, but has reversed polarity

The light is bright. The pole is nice and tall. But will have to jimmy-rig the light to make it work in my boat - because Attwood for some reason reverses the polarity on their lights. If you have a standard 2-pin receptacle, the light will only work if you remove the lineup screw and put the light in backwards!
