This frying pan is top of the line! It cooks awesome, from chicken to grilled cheese. It's really easy to clean up. This is one of those pans that need that "extra care" if you want it to last a long time. It's not one that you can just throw in the dishwasher and walk away. As long as you clean it like your suppose to and dry it off really good it'll out last most of the other pans you have. It's heavy, the pan gets really hot even on medium but the handle stayed cool to the touch. I have to say this is the nicest pan in my whole house! I highly recommend this frying pan.

The Babish 8 Inch Stainless Steel Triply Professional Grade fry pan is just perfect for me! I have only recently used non-stick pans am so impressed with all aspects of this all stainless skillet or fry pan. The weight is perfect for such a small pan. It is heavy enough it won't slide around on the burner and it takes so little heat and distributes it evenly and holds the heat for a long enough time to keep an item warm while preparing other accompaniments. If preheated correctly, it does not stick and makes for easy clean up. I love it!
