I really like these salt and pepper shakers, they remind me of a set that my dear mother had way back in the day when I was very young and all of us kids were still at home gathered around the table eating breakfast or supper and someone was always asking for the salt to be passed to them! We love these. I bought a fancy pair first, which cost three times as much, and hated them. The salt and pepper came out too fast and they had lids you had to screw off and on. These aren't as fancy but SO practical. I'm not over seasoning anymore. I can grab and use without unscrewing the top, and the price is extremely fair.
