- Using optional extensions (sold separately) they can fit openings up to 63.50 in.

Dreambaby Liberty Extra Wide Security Gate is a fantastic addition to every childproof home. They are suitable for doorways and hallways sized 39� to 41.5� (100-106 cm). With optional extensions, sold separately, they can fit openings up to 62.5�. For the quiet times when your child is asleep, or while carrying in the shopping with not a spare finger left to be able to open a gate, it has the absolutely fabulous Stay-Open feature. Just position the door in the Stay-open position and it will stay wide open till you choose to close it. The door also has an auto close feature so that it will swing close and lock automatically. These gates are pressure-mounted, which means fuss free installation with no screws or drilling required - perfect for temporary or rental properties.

It's a gate
It's a gate. It does its job. It was relatively easy to install, the hardest part was my plaster walls. The only thing I'll note, and honestly don't know why I thought this, it is not a no-drill option. You do have to screw the little cups into the wall to secure the gate, otherwise a kid or pet could just push it right out. Other than that, great item.

Originally purchased two of the Dreambaby Chelsea gates, but was so annoyed that I couldn't leave the gate open at times. Exchanged them for the Liberty & I am so pleased. Strong & sturdy and useful stay-open feature. It also fits our wide 42" openings perfectly. Love this gate!
