Keeps you dry in an all-day rain

I wear size 8 pants and bought a medium. They fit over my jeans with some room to spare but don't look too big on me. The legs are wide at the bottom which I know some people don't like. Since mine will be tucked into boots most of the time, these work for me. It would be easy enough to taper the bottom a bit if desired. They really are waterproof. I tested them out. They're comfortable in both cold and warm weather. My only regret is not buying them last year when I first saw them.
