Tiedown 86211 Boat & Utility Trailer Zinc Plated Square U-Bolts 3/8" x 3"

This is a good quality product, with all of the components needed. However, the sizing on the internet order site were not explicit enough, causing me to order the wrong size. The site stated the three measurements of the brackets, but did not state which numbers referred to diameter, width, and length, causing me to order the wrong size brackets. So I returned them to Walmart and bought the correct sizes at Home Depot. Something so simple caused me extra trouble, delayed time in doing my project, and caused Walmart the effort of having to return them to the vendor, and lost the sale for the vendor, and created unnecessary shipping and handling expenses for Walmart and the vendor. This could have been avoided by simply including more information in the internet description.
