i give it 4 but it could be 5 have not use it for towing but i will soon it was easy to install but what am hearing i don't think you want to use the 2 5/16 ball with this set up towing 10000lb trailer maybe just towing trailer home once you buy it then go out get something that going to be stable

NOT 10,000 lbs! Mislabeled

The product itself is great but the description is wrong. It is NOT a 10k ball, package and product itself says 8,000 lbs. If you only need a 8k ball this is a great product for multiple trailer use, just not heavy loads...
