Disgusting!

I was shocked to receive this toilet plunger. It came in a box with a ripped covering. When I pulled it out of the box, the handle was stained yellow and brown. The base had a big brown ring around it. This plunger had obviously been used. It was disgusting. Also, there was no receipt in the box. I don't even want to carry it back into the store. I spend thousands of dollars at Walmart every month, and they deliver something like this to me! Unbelievable!
