Wonderful upgrade!
I bought this last year (2014). I had it for about 3-4 months and the finish began to peal. I was prett disappointed after spending a good amount of money on his to complete my bathroom update, but low and behold...Pfister's customer service and their dedication to backing their products paid off. I called, and with no questions asked the rep preceded to order me a replacement. Definitely THE BEST customer service I've experienced! Needless to say, it must have been a fluke, because the replacement has posed no problem as and the finish remains true. I told my wife that we are officially Pfister loyal customers! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great look and stand alone customer service!
By far one of the best in it's class. I installed this model in bronze when I remodeled our bathroom and have no complaints...and to top it off, when the finish started to peel, the customer service was FENOMINAL! They sent me a replacement fast handled it like pros. Greg product, customer service and warranty. Pfiser will be my #1 choice from now on! I'm a loyal customer!
