Most people with bruxism often experience abnormal jaw and facial muscles, fatigue of the chewing muscles, weakness of the bite,and head and neck pain when waking up. BG bite guard stretches and relaxes the muscle groups by raising the bite to stop teeth grinding and reduce other adverse effects caused by bruxism.

Better than Dentek I used to use
I used to use the Dentek version of this. It used to last 1-2 months. End of use comes from the thinning of the biting surface. I chose the medium thickness, which is twice as thick as Dentek. This should last longer. Less expensive, too. By the way, I remove the J-shaped bottom pieces with a sharp blade. They push against the tongue. Without them, same as Dentek except the thicker biting pad. Recommended.
