Let it sit in the fridge after you mix it, let it sit about 10 minutes for it to settle cause it’s bubbly otherwise, plus it helps settle any clumps that might still be there. (I’ve used a shaker, ninja blender and a portable blender they all still leave small clumps so trust me on this) if you’re looking for extra calories for weight gain specifically, I suggest adding 2 scoops of vanilla bean ice cream plus a bottle of water and then the 2 scoops of the mass gainer. In 3 days I noticed getting plumper. I I think I have a low key eating disorder so take my advise when I tell you this stuff works to gain weight. When you can’t eat when you are stressed when you just can’t do anything, at least drink this cause it goes down easy, it’s not too thick, it’s perfect and again if you add the ice cream it’s like you’re drinking a thin chocolate shake. I had to buy the big bag cause this stuff works so well. I haven’t tried with yogurt but ice cream faaashow. Don’t waste time with the other crap other companies sell cause they don’t taste this good. I got one more expensive and it was chocolate flavored and tasted like trash and made me sick. I hate everything but somehow I loved this. So go with it. From one picky grossly skinny person to the next. Said with love cause we all gotta laugh about ourselves.

I just wanna say I’m just finishing my first jug today %26 it has worked so well! I’m dead serious! I’ve never tried protein powder, but I’m definitely about to order another jug! Big fan of it for sure
