Solid pizza crust (for being GF)

Obviously sauce and toppings expectations are low for bare pizza crusts, and expectations should take the gluten free nature of the crust into account. That said, for a gluten free crust, the taste and texture are solid. It's soft and chewy in good form for being GF, and the sour dough flavor profile is a welcome twist on the format. It is admittedly a little dry, but again, for being GF, it does a really solid job.

When it comes to gluten-free it can be challenging to find good flavor texture and quality Schar Pizza crust is excellent in all categories. I highly recommend most of thier other products. If you have dietary restrictions Schar is a good place to start. Taste is personal and varies from person to person.

Great Traditional Pizza Crust Alternative

Great lactose free , non GMO %26 vegan pizza crust made from sourdough. I will add a picture, next time I make. Very filling even though the pizza crust might look small. I took one other reviewer’s advice and brushed crust with a good olive oil %26 sprinkled with Italian seasoning before building the pizza. I topped it off with peppers %26 onions. My husband who has recently removed all dairy %26 red meat from his diet, for health reasons, was pleasantly surprised. Will continue to purchase.
