This is a Good Multi!
Swanson Real Food Multi - Women’s Daily supports me very well for a daily Multi supplement. When I “skip” to take this Multi, I can indeed sense the impact with less energy & slower thoughts. I have experienced other brands previously from other suppliers, and the results either causing adverse reactions or no energy support noticeable. If I were to consume just one supplement for the day, it is this Multi. Cheers & good health to all.

My wife has been a faithful user of Whole Food Multi-Supplements for years. When her favorite brand was recently discontinued or unavailable, we hunted for a Real Food alternative. She likes these, and we are saving money with them. I just reordered and put them on subscription. I also ordered the Real Food Multi without iron for me on subscription.

Real food multi for those that have hypothyroidism
I wanted to take a real food multi but all of the other real food multi out there include vegetables that negatively affect those who have hypothyroidism. I am so glad that Swanson's has a real food multi that doesn't include the vegetables that negatively affect those who have hypothyroidism.
